Silver & Archibald is honored to congratulate founding partner Arthur S. “Art” Archibald on his retirement, effective December 31st, 2020.

In his nearly 30 years of legal practice, Mr. Archibald has been a fantastic colleague/boss/mentor/friend.  He has also consistently served as an admirably zealous advocate for the interests of his injured and disabled clients.  The attorneys and staff of Silver & Archibald thank him and wish him the very best in his next chapter.

We at Silver & Archibald are pleased to announce Harris R. Mason has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney. Harris is a 2018 graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law and a 2014 graduate of Young Harris College, where he received a B.S. in Business and Public Policy. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for Judges Howard E. McClain and Clayton A. Tomlinson of the Alapaha Judicial Circuit Superior Court. Harris has an extensive background in public interest work and is delighted to join a firm with a proven commitment to serving those in need.
